Amber in colour.
A spicy, vanilla nose.
Complex, rich and very long on the palate. Intense scents of spices (curry, vanilla, cinnamon) and old barrels. The aromas are enriched by notes of caramelised apple and truffle on the long, rich and concentrated palate.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc and Semillon.
Food pairing : foie gras, digestive, cheese (Comté, Roquefort).
