Batch No55 Cask Strength Grande Champagne Limited Edition Maxime Trijol Cognac

Tasting notes :

Eye : Orange colour/ old gold.

Nose : It opens with fruity notes of prune, melon jam, hazelnut.

Palate : Despite a high level of alcohol approaching 54 degrees ABV., the attack is rather soft with a relatively oily texture, followed by notes of waxed wood, jasmine with a Rancio finish.

The mid-palate by its velvety breadth, coats the palate with aromas perceived in olfaction.

The final is lingering marked by this richness and aromatic complexity revealed at the first taste.
