Palate : Smooth and velvety, offering a harmonious blend of flavors including candied orange, vanilla and a hint of oak.
Finish : Long and lingering, with a warm and satisfying finish that showcases the depth and quality of the eaux-de-vie.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Quantity produced : 150 bottles individually numbered from 1 to 150.
Crus : Fins Bois, Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies.
Ageing : Aged in French oak barrels and dame-Jeanne for a minimum of 50 years up to years years, with some eaux-de-vie aged up to more than 100 years.
Blend : A unique blend of rare and exceptional eaux-de-vie, carefully selected from our Paradise cellar to honor the heritage and craftsmanship of the house.
