Tasting notes :

Colour : amber.

Nose : incredible, rich and powerful on the nose, with very elegant rancio aromas, floral notes such as lily, and the full intensity of more candied, honeyed notes of gingerbread, cocoa and nutmeg. The woody aromas, from fine woods, are also very present and well integrated.

Palate : one senses the full concentration of time, with a beautiful structure that remains elegant and supple, and an aromatic explosion. There are hints of liquorice and smoke.

Finish : the aromatic bouquet lingers beautifully.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : on average 40 years in French oak casks.

Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, with a cigar.
