Nose : delicate, refined, powerful with notes of quince jam, cedar wood, and old leather.
Palate : powerful, balanced with aromas of dark chocolate, licorice, and wild rose.
Finish : voluptuous, exceptionally long.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : on average 30 years, some aged for over 40 years in French oak barrels.
