Tasting notes :
Colour : golden, bright and deep.
Nose : delicate aromas of vanilla and fresh fruit, particularly pear. Lovely aromatic freshness.
Palate : subtle spicy notes underpinning an elegant structure. Remarkable intensity with a slightly honeyed sensation, without any heaviness.
Finish : long.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in French oak cask.
Bottled in 2026.
Vintage : 2004, a remarkable year. A superb harvest with grapes of the highest quality and exceptional ripeness. Good overall sunshine levels, with a perfect September ensuring the grapes reached ideal ripeness. These conditions allowed the grapes to develop a balanced, fruity and fresh bouquet, providing an ideal base for distillation to produce an expressive vintage.
