It won the Diamond Award at the French Drinks Awards in the ‘Single Malt’ category in Paris this year.

Tasting notes :

Colour : brown with amber highlights.

Nose : powerful and intense with notes of candied fruit and spices subtly enhanced by empyreumatic notes of peat.

Palate : fresh attack with good structure.

Finish : long and persistent with delicate peaty notes.

French Whisky : 100 % French, the barley is grown, malted, brewed, and distilled in France.

Single Malt : 100 % distilled in our stills, in Charente-maritime, in the South-West of France.

Distillation : Double distillation in copper stills.

Ageing : in French oak casks, mix of old and new.

Maturation : Before being blended, the eaux-de-vie are matured for several months in peated Whisky casks.
