Tasting notes :
Nose : complex and indulgent with notes of tropical fruit nuanced by spices, caramel, coconut, vanilla and hazelnut. There are also aromas of frangipane, cinnamon, cocoa and gingerbread.
Palate : round and fruity, a blend of smooth molasses and candied raspberry accompanied by orange marmalade and sweet spices.
Finish : rich and lingering with notes of coffee, coconut, nutmeg, cinnamon, dried raisins and plum.
Blend of rum (molasses and cane honey) from Barbados and Paraguay.
Distilled then aged in 200-litre American oak (Bourbon) barrels for several years in their country of origin.
Then aged a second time in heavily toasted 350-litre oak barrels for several years in France, near Cognac.
Enjoy as a digestif, neat or on the rocks.
